Solutions provided:
A team from United Fire & Water went to the business and assessed the damages. They also performed demolition including removal of 70 sqft of exterior wall insulation that was holding water. They identified the wood behind the insulation was also wet. They set up drying equipment consisting of 2 Phoenix dehumidifiers, 1 Velo air scrubber, and 3 Axial air movers. The team also applied a coating of anti-microbial disinfectant to all framing and structure surfaces as well as the backside of drywall where exposed to prevent mold growth.
