United Fire and Water did extraction to get the water of the hardwood floors in a residential home in Baton Rouge, LA. We set dehumidifiers and fans to dry the floors out.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
