Water line leak in Baton Rouge, LA in a residential home. In same area as last loss. Needs extraction and equipment to be set.
United Fire and Water did extraction to get the water out. We also did some demolition to the sheetrock and floors. We set dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the rest in Baton Rouge, LA in residential home.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
