Customer has a sewer back up on floors. Needs extraction and clean up. Water damage.
United Fire and Water extracted sewage water. We took out all affected areas of the floor, did some demo to sheetrock and setup drying equipment to get it ready for the reconstruction.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
