Customer had a plumbing overlfow from a sewage backup in Baton Rouge, LA in a residential home. They have wet floors, wet sheetrock and wet cabinets.

Solutions provided:

1) Remove affected carpet in the master bedroom
2) The walls in the hallway bathroom and the master bathroom have moisture present from the
overflow. Recommend detaching the vanities in both bathrooms for a 1 foot flood cut of
sheetrock behind the vanity
3) Hallway bathroom and Master Bathroom, 1 foot flood cut around the whole bathroom based
on the category of water.
4) Place drying equipment and dry remaining materials
5) Clean and sanitize space and ready for repair.
