Customer had a slab leak in her kitchen. Needs water extraction. She also needs to see if her floors need to come out. Baton Rouge- water damage- insurance claim

Solutions provided:

Took readings in all rooms, determined all flooring needs to be removed, pulled wood flooring and laminate up out of living room along with baseboards, set up air movers throughout. Leaving site, master bathroom vanity removed, drywall in hallway bathroom had to be removed due to growth found on it. Hallway bathroom floors removed. All the contents in and on the kitchen cabinets packed up. Kitchen sink pulled out. Leaving site. Kitchen cabinets have been removed, and the faces were saved and remain in the house. 2’ flood cut in drywall in master bathroom behind where the vanity was. Moisture reading were taken in the drywall behind the kitchen cabinets and none came back high. We swept up and vacuumed, tidied up as best we could and took an after demo DocuSketch. Baton Rouge, LA
