Customer had a toilet overflow. Water traveled through a couple rooms. Needs water extraction, demo, equipment and sanitized. She will aslo need a floor remodel.
Solutions provided:
1) Remove affected sheetrock in rooms affected by watre intrusion
2) Remove affected padding and allow carpets to dry out.
3) Remove affected baseboards and trim in affected areas.
4) Dry to an IICRC acceptable standard
5) Clean and sanitize the affected areas.
