Customer had flooded house. Needs water extraction.
UFW went out and extracted the water off her wood floors. We did cut out some sheetrock and set drying equipment. We replaced all her wood floors with new ones during the rectonstruction part of the claim. This was insurance claim.

I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
