Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a hot water heater that leaked down the walls and onto the floors. Wet carpet and wet wood flooring.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our infrared camera and found that several rooms were wet. We removed the affected flooring, wet insulation, sheetrock, trim, and baseboards. We set drying equipment to dry out the materials that were wet and not removed. We also disinfected and spray antimicrobile, got everything ready for us to do the repair work.
