Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a sink that overflowed. Needs water extraction and cleanup.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our extration truck and extracted all the standing water. We cut out sheetrock and took out some flooring. We also had to take out the kitchen cabinets. United Fire and Water also set drying equipment to get everything dried up so we could do the reconstruction. Replacing all the wood floors and all the kitchen cabinets. We also replaced some sheetrock.
