Job completed for Maily

Completion date: September 13, 2023

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Why did the customer contact us?

Hot water heater line broke and flooded kitchen. Central Plumbing turned off the water. Needs a dry out

Solutions provided:

The floor in the kitchen/dining has been dried successfully, but there is significant water staining remaining on the floors. The areas where the water damage is present will continue to darken in color and degrade over time. Recommend a removal and replacement of the flooring boards that are damaged. The flooring is continuous throughout the home. There are no transition strips or directional changes in the floorboards because of this, UFW recommends a removal and replacement of all the flooring in order to bring the home back to pre-loss condition.
