Customer had a toilet that backuped in several rooms. Needs water extraction. This is a cat 3 loss so we will need to demo sheetrock and floors.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our extracting equipment and got all the standing water off the floor. We demoed some sheetrock and flooring. We set drying equipment and disinfected the whole house. We billed the insurance.
