Customer had a pipe burst in attic. Water ran down the walls and onto the floors.
United Fire and Water went out with our extraction equipment and extracted the standing water. We cut out all wet sheetrock and wet insulation. We also demoed flooring that was needed. We set drying equipment.

I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
