Customer had a washing machine that overflowed while she was gone. He had standing water and damaged floors.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our equipment to extract all the standing water. We also had other equipment to suck up the water in the carpet and wood floors. We demoed the sheetrock and took out some of the damaged flooring. We sprayed antimicrobial and disinfected the rooms that were affected.
