Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a toilet leak in her upstairs bathroom. The water ran down the walls and onto the ceiling area. The floors are also wet.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our moisture meters and found the water traveled into several other rooms besides the bathroom. The hall way and 2 other rooms. We packed out items out and stored them in our onsite storage vaults. We also cut out the damage that needed to be cut out. We also set drying equipment and go everything ready to start the repairs. We repaired her walls that we cut and replaced her all her flooring.
