Leak in wall. needs dry out and moisture source detection.T-Mobil shared wall with Rotolos has water damage (100% MC) Damages are 1 ft up, and 35 ft long until you reach the bathroom. Bathroom has a plastic surround, unable to read moisture level behind. Rotolos says they have stopped the leak from AC but are currently still working on it. Water has built up behind freezer, now leaking through wall into T-Mobil.
Solutions provided:
1) Set Containment around affected area 2) Detach display units 3) Remove affected materials (vinyl cove base and sheetrock) 4) Place air purifying equipment within containment 5) Place drying equipment within containment 6) Clean and sanitize affected areas 7) Ready for repairs
