Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a dishwasher that leaked for several hours. She has wet floors and wet sheetrock.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our extraction equipment but the water was already soaked up into the flooring and the walls. We demoed some of the wood floors and some sheetrock. We set drying equipment and disinfected the entire area that needed it. After everything was dry we replaced the floors and the sheetrock, trim, and base.
