Customer had a toilet overflow. Cat 3 water loss, has water damage.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our moisture meters and found the water to be in several rooms. UFW cut out some sheetrock in several rooms. We placed drying equipment and drying matts in the cabinets. After everything was dry we disinfected the whole space. During the reconstruction we demoed more of the flooring and replaced it with new one. We also replaced the sheetrock that needed to be replaced. Brought it back to pre-loss condition.
