Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a washing machine overflow while he was gone. The water went into several rooms. Needs water extraction.
Solutions provided:
UFW went out with our extraction truck and extracted water out of 4 rooms and 2 closets. We demoed the cabinets and the floors in the hallway. We set drying equipment. We had to replace the floors entirly and a few tiles that were broke in the laundry room.
