Why did the customer contact us?
Toilet leaked water under floors in several rooms. Needs dry out. Issue has not been fixed yet, she is working on it.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our moitsure meter and our extracting equipment. We did not have to extract any water but we did have to do a 2ft flood cut all around the room. We set drying equipment in the hallway and in the bathroom. After it was dry we cleaned and got it ready for the rebuild. We took out the rest of the damaged flooring and replaced it with new one. We also replaced the sheetrock the was cut. Brought the home to pre-loss.
