Customer had a house fire loss at her home.
United Fire and Water went out to board up the windows and tarp the roof. When we got there the roof was pretty much gone and insurance might total loss the entire home. We are waiting on that call.

I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
