Leak in attic. T fitting by water heater failed and dripped into the hall below. Wet carpet, and damaged ceiling.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our moisture meter and our extracting equipment. We extracted all the water that needed to be extracted. We did some demo and placed drying equipment. We also took out the damaged flooring. After it was dry we replaced the sheetrock that we cut out and replaced the flooring with new one.
