Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a roof that leaked. Several areas in the store are wet.
Solutions provided:
1) Set drying equipment 2) Removed vinyl cove base and found mold inside of the sheetrock in the wall. That sheetrock has been removed. Place d air purification equipment in space for the drying. 3) Particle board dividers are wet and need to be removed. 4) UFW Used Endocscope camera and found mold on the inside of the wall higher than the 4-inch line of sheetrock that has been cut. UFW recommends a 1-foot cut above the area that has already been cut.
