Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a hot water heater leak from the attic to the bedroom. Ceiling, walls and floors are wet.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our moisture meter and located all the wet areas. We went back and cut out sheetrock and removed carpet. We set equipment to day. Once everything was dry we replaced the sheetrock and the carpet.
