Why did the customer contact us?
Customer noticed water stains on his ceiling. He decided to check the attic for moisture and noticed standing water up there.
Solutions provided:
UFW went out with our extracting truck and extracted all the standing water in the attic. Customer had a hot water heater the leaked through the ceiling and down the walls. We demoed some of the wet sheetrock and took out the wet instulation. We set drying equipment in all affected rooms. After everything was dry we replaced the flooring and the sheetrock.
