Customer had a pipe that busted inside the wall.
United Fire and Water went out with our extracting equipment. We cut out sheetrock, set drying equipment, and took out some floors. After everything was dry we replaced the sheetrock with new one and brought the home back to pre-loss condition.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
