1) Responded to loss after hours on 4/11/24 2) Affected areas were dry after affected materials were removed 3) Antimicrobial treatment was used in all affected areas. 4) Foam board was hung in hallway ceiling

I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
