Customer had an AC line leak. They have wet floors and wet walls.

Solutions provided:

This estimate is for the mitigation, dry out and material removal portion of the project.

The repair estimate of the space will be on a separate estimate.

I have assumed it will take 3 days to dry out the space and sanitize so that it’s ready for repairs.

This estimate is based on a 3-day time frame. You will only be billed for days UFW was on site drying. For example, At the end of the project, if it only took 2 days to dry the space, your estimate will be adjusted downward to reflect actual usage on the final bill. If it takes longer to dry and requires more visits, the final invoice will be revised upward.
