Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a water heater that leaked in the attic down the walls into the kitchen area.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with out moisture meter and our infrared camera. We had to cut some sheetrock and removed some flooring. We placed drying equipment and after it was dry we replaced the sheetrock with new one and replaced the entire floors so it would match the rest of the house.
