Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a water leak and not has mold and mildew.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out there with our moisture meter. We did not located in wet materials but we did see visible mold and mildew damage. We removed some of the molded matericals and spayed the specail chemical to make sure it does not come back. We cleaned and after everything was dry we replaced the sheetrock that was removed during the mold mitigation.
