Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a hot water heater leak in attic down the walls onto the first floor.
Solutions provided:
UFW went out with our extracting equipment but did not have to extract any water as it soaked into the floors and sheetrock. UFW removed the wet materials and set drying equipment we did have to do a 2ft flood cut around the rooms. We replaced all the cutout sheetrock and flooring. Brought the home back to pre-loss condition.
