Customer had a shower pan that leaked.

Solutions provided:

1) Set Containment in Closet 2) Set Air purification equipment 3) Set Dehumidifier 4) Remove affected baseboards and sheetrock 5) Dry to an IICRC approve standard 6) Clean and sanitize affected area Of Note: During demo in closet, further investigation needed to confirm leak is coming from shower pan. Leak needs to be confirmed before shower demo. Shower Scope: 1) Set containment 2) Detach shower door and demo entire shower. Of Note: Once demo is started in shower, the entire shower will need to be rebuilt in order to ensure waterproofing. The cost of teh rebuild is not included in this estimate. Only the tear out.
