Customer had some mold and mildew in both bathrooms.
United Fire and Water went out with our moisture meters and did not find any high levels of moisture. We cleaned the mildew and spayed it with a special cemical. We had to cut out a small amount of sheetrock. We replaced it with new one once the mold and mildew was out.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
