Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a washing machine overflow while they were not home.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out there with our extraction truck and removed all the standing water. We cut out some sheetrock and removed some flooring. The floors ran throughout the home so we will need to do a full floor remodel. First we had to set drying equipment and clean. We also will be replacing the sheetrock that was cut during the mitigation.
