Customer has wet carpet due to leak on hot side.
United Fire and Water went out and scoped the job. We pulled the wet carpet and pad and set drying equipment. We disinfected the entire area. Once everything was dry we replaced the carpet and pad with new one. Brought it back to pre-loss condition.

I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
