Customer had a pipe that leak in the wall. She has wet floors and sheetrock.

Solutions provided:

Project Scope: 8650 Edgewater 1) Unit was 95% flooded. 2) Extraction truck was used to remove standing water 3) Front bedroom was ok. All LVT was removed. 4) Carpets and pad were removed in den and master bedroom. 5) Baseboards and shoe molding were removed to facilitate drying. 6) Sheetrock was removed in affected areas to facilitate drying. 7) Drying equipment was placed, and screws were set in the sill plates to monitor the drying process. 8) An IICRC acceptable standard of 15% moisture was set for the project.
