Customer had a roof leak. Now has wet walls and wet ceiling.
No extraction needed. We removed sheetrock and tile. We set up drying equipment and after the areas were dry we cleaned. We replaced the sheetrock and tile. Brought the home back to pre-loss condition.

I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
