Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a slab leak.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our moisture meter and our extraction truck. We did not have to extract any water due to it soaking up into the walls and floors. UFW removed any water the was left and we did a 2ft flood cut around the rooms that needed it. We placed drying equipment and clean the areas up. After everything was dry we spray the special spay and had our project manager on the repair side come out and replace the sheetrock and the floors with new one. This was an insurance claim.
