Hot water heater leaked on ceiling and walls.
Quick update on your project: UFW removed the carpet in the bedroom, removed the damaged sheetrock and treated the sheathing and joists in the ceiling, and got the bad mattress out of the space.
We also opened the air vents. Drying is progressing well, and we should be out of there by tomorrow.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
