Source: Slab leak. Heavy rainstorm. This leak is from a resulting lightning strike. Vanity may need to be removed and walls opened up for fix to be performed. General Scope: 1) Remove affected sheetrock, base and vanity. Remove saturated insulation on exterior wall. 2) Place drying equipment and dry to an IICRC approved standard. 3) Clean and sanitize affected areas. 4) Ready space for repairs
