Scope of work: 1) Set drying equipment and air purifying equipment 2) Remove damaged materials (sheetrock, flooring, carpet) 3) Dry to an IICRC approved standard 4) Clean and sanitize space 5) Ready for repairs
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
