Customer had an electrical fire.

Solutions provided:

Loss is from electrical fire at breaker box in master bathroom on exterior wall. Minimal fire damage to interior of home but definately has smoke odor/soot throughout. Scope will consist of 1) A full contents pack out, store contents in vaults at warehouse or possibe storage facility and document items during pack out with full inventory list of all items. 2) Clean all materials with Drychem chemical sponges to remove soot buildup on surfaces/materials. 3) mattresses and any porous items will need to be treated with Ozone once cleaned. 4) Lg Ozone to be placed on site with 6-8 Axial air movers to circulate ionized oxygen throughout home. Electrician also made comment that all insulation in attic would have to be removed also. Took documentation pictures and initial Docusketch while on site. No water damage due to fire department using a dry pulp fire extinguisher. uploading info to submit estimate.
