Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a house fire. Needs fire mitigation and smoke/soot cleanup.
Solutions provided:
Soot damage spread throughout the first and second floors. Heaviest damage in back bedroom. All rooms on both floors affected Next steps: 1) Contacted IEH for soot testing and protocol to be performed on 5/1 or 5/2. 2) Contents packet out to begin. Need Ozone and cleaning. Salvageable clothing to be treated with Ozone and sent to be dry cleaned. Window treatments as well. 2) After contents moved offsite, initial demo and structural cleaning to begin. 3) HVAC to be replaced. 4) Outside closet has soot damage as well, will need to be cleaned during pack out.
