Customer has water damage on ceiling due to a roof leak.
United Fire and Water went out there with our moisture meters and found mositure on the ceilings and sheetrock. We set our drying equipment and cut out some sheetrock. We got it ready for the repairs.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
