Port Vincent is a small village located in Livingston Parish, Louisiana. As of 2010, the population of the village was 741 people. It is a part of the Baton Rouge metropolis statistical area. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.7 mi.² of which 1.6 mi.² is land and 0.04 mi.² is water. The population increased from 2000 as there was initially a population of 463 people and 182 households. The racial makeup of the village was 96% white 1.3% African-American and the rest of the races were all under 1% in the city. The median income for a household in the village is $36,250. And the median income for a family was $49,583. Males had an $8000 higher meeting income than females in the area.
