The client called after having some pipes burst, they attempted to dry everything on their own but still had wet floors in three rooms.
Solutions provided:
A United Fire & Water team identified a broken supply line to the toilet that appeared to have been leaking for quite some. The team placed dehumidifiers and removed the cabinet in the bathroom. Baseboards in the master bathroom closet also had to be removed. There was visible mold growth in several spots that required remediation. All bathroom drywall was removed and disposed of. The remaining structures were treated with an antimicrobial solution before minor remodeling occurred.
