Customer has water build up outside under house. Has mold and mildew coming from a bedroom.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our moisture meter and located a low level of moisture. We also located mold and mildew in one room. We removed the mold and mildew and sprayed our special spray. We placed equipment and disinfected all areas. After it was all dry we replaced the insullation and sheetrock with new one. Brought the home back to pre-loss condition.
