I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.

Everyone from the office personnel to the on-site technician was professional, thorough and kind. They explained the process, and completed the job perfectly. Thanks again.
